Roy Caceres

Roy Salomon Caceres, Michelin star at the restaurant Metaforfosi in Rome, born in Bogota (Colombia) April 29, 1977 and is the father of three beautiful children.

Lake Misurina began his career in the kitchen, starting from the lowest rung, here you know Rinaldo Zolli going on in him the desire to discover the wonderful job of cook. That same desire to grow that takes him around for Italy working in the area known as Forte dei Marmi, Cortina d'Ampezzo, Bormio, Arcidosso.

In 2001 arrives in Porto Ercole at the Relais & Chateaux "the Pelican" knows where the teamwork of a large brigade.

In 2002 the Inn Solarola works developing the basis buds the deepening of quality raw material. It fits into the perspective of haute cuisine, the attention to detail and nuance. This collaboration lasted almost seven years, where the last two years, heads the kitchen keeping a Michelin star.

In 2010 he began a major change with the transfer in Albano and collaboration at the restaurant Pipero with excellent results on the public Capitoline and beyond.
